About

From enterprise support to systems thinking.

12+ years of enterprise IT across healthcare, retail technology, finance, insurance, global service desks, and enterprise modernization projects — with recent focus on identity, MFA, endpoint, and operational security.

Career narrative

My work started on the frontline — customer service and end-user support — and grew into enterprise identity, endpoint administration, and process improvement. Across roles at Netflix (via Minacs), HTC Global, Stefanini's Nike service desk, Cognizant / Google Ads, Ascension Technologies, the University of Michigan Medical School, Rock Central / Rocket Companies, Trinity Health, Domino's, Corewell Health, and Acrisure, I've supported large user populations and complex Microsoft environments.

The through-line is systems thinking. Whether the ticket is a broken Outlook profile or a domain migration for a newly acquired company, the work is the same: understand the pattern, remove friction, write it down, and hand it to the next person cleanly.

Today I focus on Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 — the identity and endpoint plane where enterprise operations actually happen — and on the documentation and mentoring that make those operations repeatable at scale.

Professional philosophy

Learn it. Improve it. Document it. Standardize it. Teach it.

A repeatable operating model — with AI used where appropriate to accelerate analysis and knowledge capture, always with human validation in the loop.

01

Learn

Understand the process end-to-end before touching it.

02

Improve

Remove friction; make the happy path the default.

03

Document

Write it so the next person doesn't need me.

04

Standardize

Turn the fix into a template the team can execute.

05

Teach

Walk peers through it live until it's theirs.

06

Accelerate

Use AI to speed up analysis and knowledge capture — then validate every output against the real environment before it ships.
