01
Context
Netflix's brand relies on every customer interaction feeling consistent. Minacs ran a customer service campaign supporting that experience, and floor-level communication and morale directly shaped how those interactions went.
02
Challenge
Deliver steady, on-brand customer interactions in a high-volume environment while helping teammates stay motivated and consistent through long campaign shifts.
03
My role
Frontline Netflix customer service representative who also stepped into informal team-motivation moments — coaching, communication, and keeping the tone of the floor steady.
04
What I did
- Handled Netflix customer interactions with a consistent, on-brand tone.
- Supported teammates through coaching moments and steady communication.
- Contributed to the motivation and consistency of the floor during high-volume periods.
05
Workflow / approach
- 01
Listen and understand
Hear the customer fully before responding.
- 02
Communicate clearly
Keep language simple, on-brand, and useful to the customer.
- 03
Resolve or route
Handle what can be handled and hand off cleanly when needed.
- 04
Support the team
Bring steady tone and encouragement to the floor between interactions.
06
Outcome and value
The communication habits formed here — listening, plain language, steady tone, peer support — are the same habits that show up today in enterprise ticket documentation, peer walkthroughs, and cross-team handoffs.
07
What this demonstrates
- Early leadership instincts on a high-volume, brand-sensitive campaign.
- Communication under pressure.
- Care for team morale as part of doing the job well.
